A Little About Me

After 4 and a half very successful years, buying in the West Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, South Oxfordshire and The Cotswolds, I launched Lucy Winfield Property Advice and Acquisition in 2018. There are very few properties in my core area that are unfamiliar to me having been through a huge number of front doors during my time both selling and buying. The agents and contacts I deal with, know me well and I would hope that they would all recommend me as one of the most influential and experienced buying agents in my area.

Having lived in the Lambourn Valley and then the beautiful Berkshire Downs for over 15 years, I am now based in Marlborough, on the Wiltshire/Berkshire border with my two grown up children and my gorgeous whippets Flapjack and Flint. We all have a keen interest in horses and racing, as well as loving to explore the stunning area we live in. I am a qualified CrossFit Level 1 Coach and in my early 50’s find myself strangely addicted to starting my day with a strength session and workout.
