I can’t recommend Lucy Winfield’s services more highly, and we would never have found our dream house if it wasn’t for her. We came to her with a very long wish list of requirements – tennis court, long drive, in the middle of nowhere, no road noise, a pond, teenage hangout etc, and she found us our perfect house which never even came on the market. Lucy held our hand the whole way through the process. Not only did she find the house and do all the negotiations; she also helped with the lawyers searches, changed all the utilities in to our name, got someone in to empty the septic tank and even helped arrange the removal company for the previous tenant so we could get access to the house earlier.
